My bad habits created a life that made me miserable, overweight and in debt. I was totally unaware that using habit hacks could build a new identity.
When I realised I was the author of my own demise, and how my habits and behaviours fuelled my misery – I made a plan to stop the auto-pilot and take control.
The simple habits I adopted after turning 41 changed my whole life and created more opportunities, joy and abundance than I ever imagined.
I know first hand, changing your habits can be challenging. But with a little effort and perseverance – it’s definitely possible. The habit hacks I share in the video below are now fully imprinted into my daily way of living.

The most important thing I ask you to do after watching the video, is to identify what needs to change in your life. Then go about developing empowering habits that work for you and stick with them!
Start small. Don’t try to change too many things at once. Start with one habit and focus on making it a regular part of your life. Start with one small habit that you want to change and focus on that. Once you’ve mastered that habit, you can move on to another one.
Make it easy. Make it as easy as possible for yourself to do the new habit. For example, if you want to start exercising, put your workout clothes out the night before so you don’t have to think about it in the morning.
Be patient. It takes time to develop new habits. Don’t get discouraged if you slip up or have setbacks. Just keep going and eventually you’ll succeed.
Make it fun. Find ways to make your new habits enjoyable. If you’re not having fun, you’re less likely to stick with them.
