Want to lose weight but have no motivation, no money and no know-how? Been there - done that! So, if you're really ready to shed the pounds, let me introduce you to the best YouTube channels for weight loss.

I totally understand all the barriers to weight loss.  From failed diets, putting the pounds back on and spending money on gyms that you don’t even go to.  When I made the decision to get rid of the pounds once and for all, I followed a collection of the best YouTube channels for weight loss that  educated me and helped me reach my goals. 

Using the mind and body as one wholistic pathway to better health.

From my own experience of losing weight and keeping it off, I had no true understanding of what the food I was eating was doing to my body, hormones and immune system. I then took a wholistic approach to weight loss, looking at my mind and body as one wholistic pathway to better health. This is when I actually started seeing long term results.

We all know movement is an integral part of losing weight.  However, where to begin and what type of movement to do, can be a minefield. The YouTube Channels below are my favourite mix of calorie burning, strength training and flexibility workouts that I keep going back to time after time.  These online trainers have kept me motivated, changed my body composition and made me fall in love with exercise.

Lucy Wyndham-Read

With over 1000 free home workout videos, Lucy is as a qualified trainer with over 20 years experience. Her video’s offer something for everyone.
