Every now and then, as I achieve a new goal and start to Live It, doubt in my abilities start to creep in. This is the time I go back to the start of my journey and utilise the strategies I used to rebuild my confidence after turning 40.
I’m currently stepping into a new way of working. With this new phase in my life, I’ve had to dig deep for a much needed confidence boost!
