I thought it would be fun to do my own Vogue Inspired 73 Questions – just so you can know me a bit better!
I’ve loved watching the celebrity vlogs over the years. Even though I know they’ve probably been staged. (There’s no way Victoria Beckham or Serena William’s would not vet those questions before the camera started rolling!). But hey – they were still interesting with a lot of surprising answers.
Now, I’m sure you’ve taken a peek at the About Me page so you know my journey. So, this is a little bit of fun to really get to know me.

What’s one thing people don’t know about you? My heart beats out of my chest whenever I have to speak publicly!
Sweet or savoury? Defo sweet. (There’s always room for dessert!)
Least favourite thing? Negative people.
When are you the most creative? First thing in the morning or last thing at night.
Your daily affirmation?

Most adventurous thing you’ve done in your life? Quitting my job and to spend four weeks in New York with my boyfriend. (Now husband.)
What’s your favourite time of day? Mornings – the earlier the better!
Song you can listen to on repeat? Jamiroquai – Blow Your Mind
What makes you smile the most? Seeing my kids’ faces when they have accomplished something.
Can you describe yourself in a hashtag? #grateful
If you could star in any movie what would it be? I would be Black Widow in Avengers Assemble.
Dream country to visit? I’d love to visit a Buddhist Temple in China.
Heels or trainers? Always trainers any chance I get!
What are the three things you can’t live without? Water, music, my family.
What’s your favourite item of clothing? Without a doubt my 2012 Nike Air Max 1 Leopard Pack trainers.

When are you the most inspired? After completing my morning routine.
Favourite pastime? Reading. (Real books and audio books)
What’s your biggest fear in life? Not doing all the things I have planned and visualised in my head. (Oh, and I’m petrified of birds.)
How would you define yourself in three words? Loving, optimistic and organised.
Superpower you would want? Telepathy
What’s inspiring you in life right now? I’m loving seeing more people are moving towards becoming better versions of themselves.
Best piece of advice you’ve received? My mum always told me that I don’t have to be better than anyone else, I have to be the best version of me.
Best way to rest/decompress? Yoga or dancing.

What is something you notice about someone when you first meet them? Their shoes!
What is your biggest regret? Wasting a lot of years waiting to ‘feel’ like doing something instead of just doing it.
How would you describe your style? Casual/ sporty. (Any excuse to wear trainers.)
What is your guilty pleasure? Watching Keeping Up with the Kardashians. (Don’t judge me!)
How do you start your day? Wake up early, exercise, drink cold green tea and set my daily intention.

Do you have any tattoo’s? Yes. I have one on my left wrist. It’s two bands with charms of the first initials of my husband and my children.
Summer or winter? Summer!
What’s your biggest strength? Always trying to look for the good in every situation.
What’s your biggest weakness? Carbs! How can anyone not eat carbs!
What’s your Favourite food? Pomegranate’s
What’s the last thing you do before going to bed? Either write in my gratitude journal or read.
What’s your spirit animal? Swan (Even though I am scared of birds!)

A skill you’re working on mastering? Blogging!
How would you like to be remembered? As someone who lived in her true self and shared what she learned along the way.
Were you named after anyone? My middle name is Bianca named after Bianca Jagger. (My mum loved the Rolling Stones)
When was the last time you cried? Watching my favourite movie (Pretty Woman) about a month ago for the hundredth time!

What is the least favourite thing about yourself? My knees. I think they are quite knobbly.
What’s one misconception about you? People assume that I am upset or angry because I frown a lot if I’m not wearing my glasses. But in truth – I am just trying to see!
If you could switch lives with one person for a day who would it be? Kris Jenner. (I told you don’t judge me! lol)
What app do you use most on your phone? YouTube – It’s my visual encyclopaedia.
Bath or Shower? Shower!
Besides a mobile phone and a purse, what three things do you always have in your bag? Vape pen, Vaseline lip balm, bullet journal.
What would be the title of your autobiography? How One Epiphany Can Change Your World
What did you want to do with your life at age 12? I wanted to live in Milan and be a fashion designer.
Favourite board game? Monopoly. It brings out another side of me – ask my family!
Best Invention? The smart phone.

A book from your childhood that positively shaped you? Are you There God it’s Me Margaret – Judy Blume
Worst subject in school? Maths
Who would you say was your role model growing up? Apart from the obvious one being my mum, my next biggest role model was a rapper called MC Lyte. I still follow her on Instagram.
One talent you wish you had? I really wish I could sing (and sound good!)
One thing you still have from your childhood? A wooden chair I had since I was two years old. Both my children used it when they were young. It now sits in my kitchen as a stool to reach tall cupboards.
What film do you never get tired of watching? Pretty Woman.
What is your kryptonite? Warm, fresh Bread.
Last song you listened to on your phone? Kano – P’s and Q’s (You’d be surprised with the genre of music on my playlist!!)
What was your first job? When I was 12 years old, I had a Saturday job for a hairdresser who had a salon in her house. It only lasted for about 3 weeks!
Most proud moment? All the moments when my kids show acts of kindness to other people.
Skill still unmastered? Certain yoga poses
What is the definition of misery? Wanting something to change, knowing ‘how’ to change it, but not being able to take the steps to make the change happen.
Biggest learning experience? Realising the way I feel determines every action I take in this world. Learning how to override my procrastination tendencies was the biggest turning point in my life.
An experience when you felt the most nervous? Launching Brazen Spirit and putting my journey out into the world.
What’s one vice you wish you could give up? Currently (November 2019) it’s still nicotine. I stopped smoking cigarettes nearly three years ago but moved to vaping to get my fix (I’m working on it!)
If you could be in a girl group which once would it be? TLC (I would be T-Boz).
You’re stuck on a deserted island and you only have one book, what are you reading? The Alchemist – Paulo Coelho
If you could offer your 13-year-old self one piece of advice, what would it be? Don’t be afraid to pursue the things that both excite and scare you.
