As you know, I’m a big advocate of mental health and wellbeing. So, in celebration of Mental Health Awareness Week 2021, (10th – 16th May), I wanted to share my Top 15 YouTube Channels for Motivation and Mental Health.
The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week this year is nature/environment. With the average person spending up to 15 hours a week on the internet, what better time to clean up your ‘online’ environment by enhancing your mindset, learning new ways to think and finding help navigating the mental mind blocks you may have.
As with everything in life, what we look for – we find. This is the same with social media. The big tech giants are so good at capturing every subject, question or query you type into your screens. And, with that information, they relentlessly offer suggestions based on those searches.
If you’re not careful or aware of your online activity, the world wide web will start to create a sense of the world that may not be true and detrimental to your overall mental wellbeing.
So, let’s disrupt your current curve and use YouTube to generate an online rhythm that’s uplifting, informative, motivational and beneficial to your overall mental health.
Now, this list is in no particular order. (Although, I do have my favourites!) But all of them are full of insights and methods to help solve or understand many mental health issues or mindset blocks, you may be experiencing. They will also introduce you to many of the leading motivational speakers, therapist and mindset coaches in the world.
