I've beaten my fear! I'm being Brazen and I've finally shot my very first video.
What a way to start my 44th year on the planet!
When my birthday came around this year, the resistance I felt about making my first video vanished. I’m not saying I was no longer anxious about putting myself out there. But my desire to do it, over-powered my previous excuses.
From My Mid-Life Crisis, to all the work I’ve done on myself over the last three years, you have no idea how surprised I am to see the person looking into that camera. Starting the blog at the end of 2019, was already a big step for me. However, as my whole concept of being brazen is all about ‘feeling the fear and doing it anyway’, I have to practice what I preach!
So here I am Being Brazen.
Up close and personal.
Talking directly to you.
My first video shares the conclusion of my recent 30 Day Vitality Challenge – including a surprising side effect I never expected! I also show you first hand, how I set goals for the year and what I do to ensure I take action towards those goals each month.
After you watch my first video, don’t forget to let me know what you think in the comments below.
Would you like some more details on my goal setting process, the recipe for my turmeric tea or further insight into my 80/20 life rules?

Hey Chantelle,
I really enjoyed your video. It is so brave to open yourself out like that.
I too turned 44 this year and have also wondered if there is something in numerology. 22 is my favourite number. I love the way the 2s look a bit like swans happily gliding along together. 🦢 🦢! 22 was a very challenging year for me, but I am making up for it now. I have never felt so grounded and connected to my higher purpose.
Your video and blogs are really great. I did try the 16:8 fasting but I got too hungry skipping breakfast and ended up eating junk at about 4pm. Perhaps I will try again. I am desperate for the gym and swimming pool to open again!
All the very best with your journey.

Hi Polly,
Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. Making the video has been on my to do list for the longest while. I definitely think the magic of 44 pushed me to take action. I’m so happy to hear how you’re feeling in this present time. Being connected to your higher purpose is amazing. I bet it feels like everything is finally falling into place – which I know is so comforting if previously it appeared like you had no control.
I would defo say try the fasting again! It took me about a month to get comfortable with the timings. It’s best to do gradually – reducing your eating window by 30 mins to an hour each day. Your body (and mind) will adjust better going slowly. Let me know how you get on if you do decide to try again.
Take care.x

So very proud of your accomplishment actually making a video loved it so much positivity .Looking at it gives me so much to encourage myself to start being serious about my well being. I still feel young at heart and body at present. Age is not a barrier.

I absolutely love your video! It was so honest and inspiring! Your newsletters have inspired me to take control of my physical health and wellbeing. I’ve created my own morning work out playlist that I’m really enjoying and proud that my 2 young about can see me making healthy choices that impact my life in a positive way.
I’d love to find out more about the journalling techniques you use for increased productivity.
I’m looking forward to more videos from you. Good luck on your journey!
