Many people believe they are too old to have new goals. They think their age will hold them back or it's just too late. So, is it true you are too old to set new goals?

When I entered my 40s, I wholeheartedly believed there was not enough time to achieve anything new. Life had passed me by and I was too old to set new goals.

My mindset was so fixed with dis-empowering thoughts, I had no idea there was a possibility I could ever change anything.

Many people believe they are too old to have new goals. They think that their age will hold them back or it’s just too late. However, this is not true.

You are never too old to achieve something new. In fact, my age was a bonus for achieving my goals later in life, as I had more experience and wisdom to draw on.

Today I am sharing why it’s not too late for ‘YOU’ to set new goals and create a life that you actually want to show up for.

Your goals may change over time: As you get older, your priorities may change, so be prepared to adjust your goals accordingly and be flexible in your approach.

Don’t compare yourself to others: Everyone’s journey is different, so don’t compare yourself to others who are younger or who seem to be achieving more than you are. We are all running our own race.

Enjoy the journey: Setting and achieving goals can be a rewarding experience, so make sure to enjoy the process and celebrate all your milestones.
