The amount of time spent complaining without problem solving, truly robs us of the energy reserves we have.

It’s the one thing guaranteed to shift your mood and change your energy.

 

GET BETTER SLEEP

Everyone who knows me personally, knows I love to sleep! What you may not know is the importance of having the right ‘sleep pattern’ to get maximum energy each day.

This means working out how much sleep you need and then going to bed and waking up at the same time every day. You’ll be amazed the difference to your energy levels throughout the day once your body clock is in a good sleep rhythm.

REMEMBER, TO recharge your energy...

AVOID NEGATIVE INFLUENCES

This is probably one of the hardest things to do. But clearing your external life of negative influences will change your whole vibe and also the energy you yourself transmit.

We are constantly hit with negative energy and influences that it is hard to recognise. It can come from family members, work colleagues, the things we watch on TV and what we seek on social media. Negativity can be people, places or anything that can drain your energy or emotions.

Get clear on your boundaries with other people and also be mindful of the things you are exposing yourself to via the media.

No matter what’s going on around you, chose the reaction that is going to have the most positive impact on your emotional health and well being.
