When I entered my 40s I was 30lbs over weight and suffering with high blood pressure. Drowning in mounting debt, operating with a disempowering mindset, I was living a life I was desperate to escape from.
4 years later, I shed all my weight and reduced my biological age to 30. I got rid of my debt and now live a life I love waking up to every morning.
I started I AM BRAZEN SPIRIT to share the strategies and techniques I used to completely change my life.
It became my mission to empower other women over 40 to know it was not too late to become who they wanted to be.
